Probability, a popular gambling software designer, has launched the first ever casino games for the iPhone and iPod Touch. As reported by EGR Magazine, four games will be available for use on these Apple devices, and players will be able to gamble for real cash for the first time ever.
Roulette and Blackjack are the first two games available for release, giving players some choice as to how they choose to wager their cash. Poseidon Slots will also be released by Probability this month. By the end of the summer, Probability will launch another online slots game titled ‘Goldrush’.
The games cannot be downloaded from Apple’s’ App Store, due to the company’s current ban on gambling applications. Instead, Probability’s casino games will run through the phone’s browser, but will appear as a traditional iPhone App.
Probability’s mobile gambling games can be downloaded for free. Players can fund their accounts using their credit cards, debit cards or prepaid vouchers. There is also an option that sends all charges to the players’ monthly mobile bill.
Probability is excited about the opportunity to work with Apple on two of its most popular products. By offering games for use with the iPhone and iPod Touch, the company can appeal to a whole new audience. Online and mobile gambling will finally be introduced to a younger and more tech-savvy generation by taking advantage of products that are popular among those demographics.
Later this year, Probability plans to launch casino games for the iPad, complete with customization options and advanced graphics.
