Online Casino Reviews
Read online casino reviews before you open an account or deposit money. Use our directory to find a casino by name, then check its licensing, withdrawal conditions, bonus rules and any concerns raised in the review.
A casino’s availability, payment options and terms can vary by location. Being listed here does not mean it is authorised to accept you or recommended for every reader.
We’re updating our reviews. Some articles predate our current review standards. Until a review confirms that it has been reassessed, treat its older ratings and offers as historical information that needs checking.

What to check in an online casino review
A useful review should explain the conditions that affect your account and money. These are the details to compare when reading about a casino.
| Area | What to look for |
|---|---|
| Licensing and ownership | The operating company, relevant licence, covered website address and a source you can verify. |
| Withdrawals | Available cash-out methods, processing times, limits, fees and verification requirements. |
| Bonuses | Wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bets, expiry dates and any cap on winnings. |
| Games | Providers, game rules, available return-to-player information and any restrictions. |
| Mobile use | Whether games, account controls and the cashier work properly on your device. |
| Customer support | Contact options, opening hours and evidence of how support handles questions. |
| Player protection | Spending limits, breaks, self-exclusion and how to access those controls. |
| Complaints | What the dispute concerns, the evidence available and whether it was resolved. |
Licensing and account eligibility
Check the operator’s details against the relevant regulator’s official register. The company, website address and licence status should match. A licence logo alone is not enough to establish that a website is authorised.
You also need to check the rules that apply where you live. A casino holding a licence elsewhere does not establish that it can legally serve your location. Being able to open its website is not proof of eligibility.
Withdrawals and access to your balance
Look for the complete withdrawal timeline. A casino may advertise quick processing, but you also need to know how long the payment provider takes to deliver the money and whether account checks are outstanding.
Check withdrawal limits as well as speed. For example, a daily limit of 500 account-currency units means a balance of 2,000 cannot be withdrawn in one day, even if each request is processed quickly.
When a review reports a withdrawal test, look for the method, amount, date and time taken. One completed test is useful evidence, but it cannot guarantee every future payment.
Bonus terms and wagering requirements
Compare the conditions attached to a bonus before considering its headline amount. Pay attention to whether wagering applies to the bonus alone or to both your deposit and bonus.
For example, a 100-unit bonus with 35× bonus-only wagering requires 3,500 units in qualifying bets. If the same multiplier applies to a 100-unit deposit plus that bonus, the requirement becomes 7,000 units. Games may contribute at different rates, and maximum-bet rules or expiry dates can add further restrictions.
These figures describe betting turnover, not the amount you must deposit or a prediction of what you will lose. Completing wagering does not guarantee a profit. Check whether you can decline the bonus if you do not want its conditions.
How we assess casinos
Our 21-check review methodology sets the standard for new and reassessed reviews. It covers operator transparency, account safeguards, payments, terms, games, usability and support.
Reviews assessed under this framework receive a score out of 100. Licensing, player protection and payments together account for 60% of that score. The full methodology explains the weighting and the issues that can prevent a recommendation regardless of the total.
Read each article’s evidence and testing scope alongside its rating. Information taken from an operator’s terms is different from a deposit, support interaction or withdrawal that a reviewer has personally tested.

How to compare casinos using reviews
Start with account eligibility and the conditions for withdrawing money. Then compare the features you expect to use.
- For payments: check that your preferred method supports withdrawals as well as deposits, and compare its limits and fees.
- For games: look for the titles and providers you want, plus clear rules and game information.
- For mobile use: check access to account settings, payment controls and support, as well as the games themselves.
- For bonuses: compare the wagering conditions and restrictions instead of choosing the largest advertised offer.
The best online casino reviews explain disadvantages as clearly as strengths. A score on its own cannot tell you whether a casino suits your circumstances or whether its terms have changed since the assessment.
Questions about casino reviews
Does a listing mean you recommend the casino?
No. A directory entry lets you find information about a casino. Read the review’s current verdict, assessment status and any warnings. Older coverage should not be treated as a current endorsement.
Are all reviews based on real-money testing?
Do not assume so. Check the individual article for what was tested, when it happened and what was verified through research. We are refreshing older content, and those articles may not yet meet our current evidence standards.
Does a high casino rating mean gambling is safe?
No. A rating assesses the casino against review criteria. It cannot remove the risk of losing money, guarantee a withdrawal or predict your results. Read the findings behind the score and check whether they apply to your location.
Can a casino pay for a better review?
Our editorial policy does not allow payments to improve scores or remove substantiated criticism. Affiliate arrangements may affect which offers are available through our links. Any paid placement must be labelled and kept separate from editorial rankings.
Why might a review show different terms from the casino website?
Offers, payment conditions and availability can change. Some terms also depend on location, currency or account status. If you find a difference, confirm the applicable conditions with the operator before depositing. Do not rely on an older offer simply because it still appears in a review.
Gambling risks and support
Casino gambling can lead to financial loss and harm. Do not use it as a way to earn income, repay debt or recover previous losses. Only gamble where it is legal and if you meet the applicable minimum age.
