Ultimate Gaming, a leading developer of online poker and social casino games, is leading the way in providing online gambling software to US players. The company was the first provider to launch online poker in Nevada earlier this year, and announced plans to move east across the country before the end of the year.
Ultimate Gaming announced a partnership with Trump Entertainment Resorts Inc, owners of the Trump Taj Mahal and Trump Plaza casinos in New Jersey’s Atlantic City. The agreement meets the requirements under New Jersey online gambling law, which mandates all internet operators to partner with Atlantic City casinos in a revenue sharing arrangement.
As part of the agreement, Ultimate Gaming will provide real-money online casino versions of its social games as well as an online poker room branded with the Ultimate Brands technology platform. If New Jersey gaming regulators approve the agreement, the Ultimate Gaming internet casino is expected to go live in the fall when New Jersey officially opens the market to online gambling.
Robert Griffin, CEO of Trump Entertainment Resorts Inc, is thoroughly excited to enter the New Jersey online gambling industry. Unlike negotiations with offshore operators, Griffin expects New Jersey regulators will expediently approve the partnership with Ultimate Gaming, given the company’s reputation in Nevada.
