Online gambling provider Cryptologic recently announced its acquisition by Amaya Gaming, and things are already looking up for the company. Just this week, Cryptologic signed a deal with Loto Quebec to provide the government-regulated online gambling website with a wide variety of games. Espacejeux.com will receive the rights to offer several of Cryptologic’s most popular games. Seeing as Cryptologic has had a great deal of financial difficultly this past year, Loto Quebec will be one of the company’s first new licensees in quite some time.
The new games will be rolled out over the course of 2012, as Loto Quebec will add a few new games every month. They will operate on the OpenBet platform, making for a smooth online gaming experience for all players.
“Working with Cryptologic will enable us to provide a more diverse array of games for Quebecers, and enhance their online experience,” says a spokesperson for Loto Quebec.
This is a great move for Cryptologic, as the company has recently settled a multi-million dollar deal, in which Amaya would buy out its stocks. Amaya Gaming currently has a large foothold in Canadas regulated online gambling market, so working with Loto Quebec is a great step forward for both companies.
