Playtech Debuts New Mobile Poker Solution Dubbed Mobile Hub

Things are becoming more mobile for Playtech, one of the world’s leading software and casino games developers.  The company announced its mobile poker platform was licensed to Coral Poker, a top affiliate for Playtech with aspirations of transitioning success with online poker onto the mobile gaming network.

Playtech created a Mobile Hub, built using HTML5 technology that is compatible with many smartphones and tablets on the mobile gaming network.  The Mobile Hub allows players to access their favourite poker games while on the move, providing players a reliable base for the ever growing mobile poker market.

The license to Coral Poker continues the successful relationship with Playtech, which has provided Coral with up to date software for years on end.  Coral Interactive, the parent company that owns Coral Poker, is one of the leaders in the online gaming industry, and has devoted resources to expand that success into mobile gambling.

The Mobile Hub, as well as other Playtech platforms, allows licensees to utilize a variety of marketing tools to promote other forms of gaming.  For example, users of the Mobile Hub will be able to follow links through to other gaming options, like slots or casino table games in addition to their favourite mobile poker matches.

Shay Segev, COO of Playtech, is excited about the prospects of the Mobile Hub for operators like Coral Poker, as well as for players to converge in one network of fellow poker enthusiasts.

In today’s fast paced environment where more and more activities are performed on the go, offering players the ability to play their favourite games anytime, anywhere is vital for any operator.
