Outdoor Beer Garden and Pool coming to the Borgata

The Anticipated Opening of the Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa’s New Marketplace Eatery and Borgata Beer Garden and Pool 

The Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa recently announced that they have opened a new addition to their establishment. The Borgata Beer Garden’s grand opening will be held on July 1st. The canopied bar offers guests more than fifteen beers every day. The plans of live entertainment and special events are planned for the Borgata Beer Garden. Events like happy hours, pig roasts and scotch and cigar days are highly anticipated for the future of the Borgata Beer Garden.

The Borgata Beer Garden and Pool will be opening in July as well. It will have exclusivity to guests of whom are twenty-one and older that are staying at the Borgata Hotel. The pool is approximately 3,200 square feet. It can hold a staggering amount of one thousand guests. The pool will be surrounded by three hundred chaise chairs, cabanas, and daybeds. 

The executive chef at Borgata’s -Tom Biglan- will be creating the delectable menus for boot the pool and Beer Garden. He plans on putting such meals as brisket, rib burgers, watermelon salads with feta and greens and chipotle chicken Caesar wraps on the menu. Cocktails that the menu will prepare to tempt the guests include cucumber coolers, honeydew mimosa, and Cuban peach. Additionally, the Traveler Brewery’s Borgata Greenhead Summer Shandy will be available for the guests’ drink pleasure. 

The Vice President of Operations at the Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa -Joe Lupo- stated that they are excited to give guests the new, beautiful outdoor amenity of the Borgata Beer Garden and Pool. He stated that they wished to ensure that their Atlantic City hotel would be a summer destination among their patrons since they had added on the Borgata Beer Garden and Pool to their establishment. 

The Marketplace Eatery will be having its grand opening on July 1st. The Borgata worked with a partner George Siganos to create the quick food place. The Marketplace is meant to cater to guests with charcuterie, fine cheese, olive oil there will be coffee available from the LaVazza Coffee bar. The Marketplace will additionally have a retail specialist of whom guests can call to have gift baskets customized for them. There will be a wine bar and taste plates set out by the chef Joe Muldoon. The Marketplace plans on offering wine tasting classes and dinners for guests.

The Marketplace Eatery may add selections such as wraps, sandwiches, and salads. Asian, Mexican and Italian cuisine will be available. The likes of a burger, shake, fries, tacos, sushi, pizza, past, steaks and subs will all be made available. Philly-style food will be created by executive chef Jennifer Muldoon at the Marketplace Eatery.

The hope of The Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa is that their new additions will give guests more enjoyable amenities and the ability to enjoy a wide range of drinks and fine cuisine. The next project for the Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa’s next project addition for 2017 will be a restaurant and convention and meeting space of approximately twenty-five thousand square feet.
