Onlinecasino.org News | 21.09.2007 | 08:18:20 | Views: 1768 | Casino NewsOnline casino, Slotland.com, has announced the results of its Online Slots Player Survey.
The survey asks players questions regarding their habits, memorable wins, as well as their strategies for winning.
Now that mobile gaming has become extremely popular, the survey asks players how they feel about playing their favourite casino games on mobile phones.
The online survey runs until Sunday, with a free contest available for all players, with one lucky winner receiving a $500 credit to their Slotland.com account.
So far, the results of the survey suggest that most slot players aren't playing for small change. Even though most stated that their highest ever bet was $50-$100, they almost always like to place a maximum bet.
Spokesperson for Slotland.com, John Lancelet, said, "We actually got a lot of correspondence from our players. So we have a good impression of who they are."
"This survey confirms a lot of what we already understood but we've learned some interesting things about our players. For example, they seem to rely more than I thought on how they feel about a particular machine rather than specific playing strategies," he said.
So far, the results have shown that video poker and solitaire are popular with slots players while poker is not. Some said that they occasionally play the popular online casino game, however, most responded that they didn't play it much at all.
The survey also revealed that while players have ranged between 20-60 years old, most have been in their 30's.
