Online Casino PokerStars Improves Software for Mac Users

So it's nice to know at least one online casino is doing something to keep the many Mac users around the world happy.
PokerStars.com has announced their successful completion of beta testing on their downloadable Mac poker software and have launched it just in time for the seventh edition of the World Championships of Online Poker!
The software is compatible with Mac OS 10.4.1 (or Tiger) and is available in more than 15 languages with additional support being added every day.
PokerStars.com said on their site in a media release that, "'The launch of PokerStars.com for Mac surpasses other web-based and outdated online poker Mac applications and secures PokerStars.com's commitment to enhancing the experience for all players."
Australian World Series of Poker Champ and PokerStars team member Joe Hachem said of the new addition, "This will allow Mac users to experience the world's largest online poker site without third-party applications. I know a lot of the actors and musicians I coach via PokerStars.com will appreciate its release as the creative community use Macs before any other computer."
Other sites offering Mac-friendly software include ParadisePoker.com, AbsolutePoker.com, PokerRoom.com and SunPoker.com. Currently PartyGaming.com (the umbrella site for PartyPoker) is undergoing beta testing.
